Promises for the New Year

In the spirit of the rejuvenation brought on by Christmas break, I am making a short list of commitments and promises to myself for the New Year.

Christmas as a parent holds its own kind of magic. Her little smile and happy laugh were my favorite gifts of the season.

We have been getting hit after hit, sorrow after sorrow, trouble after trouble, since beginning this adventure.

True to the McWilliams form, we have started a new adventure!

And I am already planning ideas for birthday #2!

Thank you for bearing with me through the whirlwind.

My sweet daughter is on the move – and, of course, is obsessed with my books.

Keira and I both hit a milestone over the weekend!
